Eat Drink Journey, Issue #004 -- 1/23/2017
January 23, 2017
Hello all,

It was a tumultuous week, one in which wine, spirits, food and restaurants inevitably took a back seat to politics.

In spite of that, it was gratifying to receive a record number of visitors and comments. The most popular post of the week was the short profile of Sonoma's Fremont Diner, and we'll be adding more wine country coverage soon. We also look forward to contributor Ken Schechet's trip to Asia, where he will be reporting on the street food scene in Singapore and Vietnam.

We've also added my Affordable Wine Guide to California and the Pacific Northwest to the site. This e-book profiles 45 producers, reviews hundreds of wines, and is the only guide I know of to quality wine under $15. It's available for $7.99. You can download the book to your smart phone and use it while shopping.

Many thanks for your support.
